Certification to the latest ISO Standard reinforces Jinny’s customer commitment
DUBLIN, 27 July 2010 - Jinny Software, a leading global supplier of messaging and media solutions to Mobile Network Operators (MNOs), today announces that the company’s management systems have been certified for the ISO 9001:2008 standard as part of its overall strategic plan for implementing best business practices and procedures.
The ISO 9001:2008 standard, which lays down the requirements for quality management systems, is now firmly established as the globally implemented standard for providing assurance about the ability to satisfy quality requirements and to enhance customer satisfaction in supplier-customer relationships.
