Glu Mobile and Encore Software, Inc. Sign Agreement to Create Hoyle®- Branded Games for Mobile Phones

Leading Mobile Entertainment Publisher to Shuffle Carrier Decks with Hoyle® 6-in-1 Solitaire Pro

San Mateo, Calif. - March 29, 2006 - Glu Mobile, a leading creator and global publisher of mobile entertainment, and Encore, a wholly owned subsidiary of Navarre Corporation and a leading interactive publisher in the PC CD-ROM market, today announced a worldwide agreement in which Glu will create and publish Hoyle®-branded games for mobile phones. The first game to launch in the multi-year, multiple game deal will be Hoyle 6-in-1 Solitaire Pro. The game will be available on wireless carriers worldwide beginning in June 2006.
