npower launches No Call Out Cash Back service for boiler customers
npower, the UKís brightest energy company, launches a pioneering new service thatís set to shake up the industry whilst rewarding consumers.
hometeam 50 Boiler Care Flexi (hometeam 50) is billed as the fairest boiler care cover giving help to customers when they need it and money back if they donít use the service.
If consumers donít call out npowerís hometeam to work on their boiler during the 12 month care plan npower will automatically return 50% of the value of the cover plan to the customer on their year anniversary.
Whatís more - included in hometeam 50 is an annual boiler service, usually worth £74.
The service was devised after npower polled customers and found 78% said they wanted cash back on cover plans which arenít claimed.
hometeam 50 boiler care flexi is priced at £10.50 per month, exactly the same as British Gasí Homecare 100 product, and offers the same cover - save for one important difference - npower Hometeam 50ís 50% No Call Out Cash Back.
npower estimates that there are currently some four million British Gas customers in Britain that could be missing out on a £252 million windfall.

"hometeam 50 is also a direct challenge to a market that is dominated by British Gas, with a fair, open and rewarding product thatís hard to better.
