WDC Media Retained by The Healing Today Show
2010-02-12 -- WDC Media News -- WDC Media, the nation’s most innovative and passionate faith and values-based public relations firm, announced that it has been retained by The Healing Today Show, sponsored by Lambs of Love and Christendom Ministries of Los Angeles.
The Healing Today Show, which began airing on Christian Television Network (CTN) in August 2009, is a half-hour program during which real people tell real stories about their lives. Guests share life-altering stories of challenging and often lifelong struggles with obesity, alcoholism, eating disorders, depression, physical and mental disabilities, spiritual experiences and miracles, marital difficulties, financial problems, and abuse issues such as drug addiction, pornography, and gambling.
“There have been many times in my own life when I wanted to overcome weakness,” says Randy Wecker, founder and president of Christendom Television Productions. “I wanted to be loved and to heal without experiencing the pain that comes from human relationships. But this is the kind of healing that can only come from Jesus Christ’s unconditional love, which is never ending.”
Guests of The Healing Today Show talk to brother and sister co-hosts Rhonda Lynn Wecker-Bilbrey and Randy Wecker about the way in which their struggles have affected their lives, and the lives of their family and friends. They also reveal the key to change, giving audiences hope for a better life. It is the Wecker family’s hope that the guests’ stories will light the way toward helping millions of others heal.
“It’s a real honor to represent a CTN program devoted entirely to healing,” says Susan Zahn, founder of WDC Media. “WDC Media is proud to represent The Healing Today Show, and can’t wait to see more new episodes this season"
Non-denominational in nature, Christendom Ministries is a healing ministry begun by Randy Wecker, Rhonda Wecker-Bilbrey, and Shirely Wecker in 2007. Its mission is to take the message of salvation and God’s healing power to the world.
The mission of Lambs of Love’s Ministry is to share the love of God by providing a lamb embroidered with an inscription that reminds people that no one loves them more than God, and that his love endures forever. Its outreach is to individuals looking for comfort, or children and adults who are dealing with a serious illness. For more information, click on http://www.christendom.org/.
