TOKYO, JAPAN, March 14, 2006 --- NTT DoCoMo, Inc. and its eight regional subsidiaries announced today that preparations to market the 3G FOMA™ NM850iG handset have been completed, and that sales of the new model will begin on March 17, 2006 at DoCoMo sales channels nationwide.
