New Website Helps Unemployed And Underemployed Find Temp Jobs

NEW YORK –– New York career advisor Marty Craigs today announced the launch of TempJobCity.com, a website devoted exclusively to news and advice pertaining to the temporary or ’temp jobs market’.

“A lot of people are talking about the unemployment problem. We’re finding that an even bigger problem is underemployment. These are people who have jobs, but their jobs are not sufficient to keep them out of the red,” Craigs said.

The numbers back up Craigs. In November, the U.S. Department of Labor Statistics announced unemployment had reached a 26-year high of 10.2% while underemployment reached a 15-year peak at 17.5%.
