MODESTO, Calif., October 5, 2009 – On September 21, 2009, J.R. Yates issued a press release about its products’ inclusion in the “Untapped Fashion & Music” show at the Time Hotel on W. 49th Street. In this press release, it was incorrectly stated that Malan Breton, of “Project Runway” fame, was in attendance at this show. However, Mr. Breton was not at the event, nor did he participate in any way. In addition to the correction, J.R. Yates would like to offer sincerest apologies for the error and any inconvenience it may have caused.
