Eclipse Internet team member outshines call centre competition

Eclipse Internet’s Senior Technical Support Analyst, Nick Shepperd, has beaten tough competition to win the Customer Hero award for England at the UK Call Centre Hero Awards 2009.

The Call Centre Customer Hero award recognises call centre agents who have consistently gone out of their way to deliver the highest level of service to their customers.

The Call Centre Hero Awards recognise the endeavour, achievement and commitment of UK based call centre staff. In total, 48 organisations from across the UK made 136 nominations in 5 award categories. Nominees had to demonstrate that they are a top performer and have proven themselves with regard to their professionalism and the quality of their customer interactions.

The Call Centre Hero Awards (CCHA) are organised by the Call Centre Clinic and are the only national awards initiative for the UK call centre industry. The founding aim of the CCHA is to recognise and celebrate the careers and achievements of the frontline staff in call centre organisations. Entry to the CCHA is free and is open to all centres over 20 seats. All centres are treated equally, regardless of size or brand prominence.
