“Reality Real Estate TV” Introduces New Twist To Their Million Dollar Campaign

Sarah Bandy, the New Jersey realtor who invented “reality real estate” TV, is ready to reveal the latest twist in her quest to net $1 million in sales commissions in one year’s time.

Bandy originally based her campaign on bestselling author Gary Keller’s book “The Millionaire Real Estate Agent”, which lays out a step by step plan to generate one million dollars of revenue in a 52-week time span.

She is documenting her activities on a professionally produced weekly documentary, which can be viewed at www.sarahbandy.com, and promoting her documentary via social media marketing.

And this Monday, she is taking it up a notch, by pitting the MREA method against a company called HomeGain, who will be delivering qualified real estate leads to Bandy every month.


“The Bandy Group is set to simultaneously test both the Keller product against the HomeGain product to see who will reach the million dollar goal first,” Bandy explained. “The team will be divided in half so that there is no cross contamination as to who is working on what and where the leads came from.”


The MREA method that The Bandy Group chose to follow involves sending out 16,000 direct mail pieces per month to a carefully selected geographic and demographic list of individuals.
