SANTA CLARA, Calif.– Intel Corporation has filed its proxy materials, including its annual report and proxy statement, with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Intel’s proxy materials are now available online at www.intel.com/intel/annualreports under the SEC’s Notice and Access rule.

Intel stockholders may also obtain a paper copy of the company’s proxy materials free of charge by following instructions provided on the Intel Investor Relations Web site (www.intc.com) or in the Notice of Internet Availability of Proxy Materials mailed to stockholders.

Intel’s Annual Stockholders’ Meeting will be held at 8:30 a.m. (PDT) May 20 at Intel’s corporate offices in Santa Clara, Calif. Attendance at the meeting is limited to Intel stockholders as of the March 23, 2009 record date. Attendees should arrive with a valid proxy or other proof of ownership, such as an account statement. Ownership will be verified prior to admittance to the meeting. All other persons, whether stockholder or not, may view the meeting via webcast at www.intc.com.

By making its proxy materials available primarily on the Internet for the past 2 years, Intel has saved approximately $4.5 million in printing and postage costs while avoiding the generation of approximately 8 million pounds of carbon dioxide equivalent and more than 26 million gallons of wastewater.
