Miami, February 2009. Internet marketing recruitment specialists, Kevin Mitchell Group (KMG), announces the launch of its referral scheme offering up to $1000 for leads to the brightest candidates or the hottest jobs.

Kevin Roth, founder of KMG says that, over his 15 years in recruitment, candidate and job referrals have accounted for 60% of his business and led to highly successful placements.

The referral scheme operates on a sliding scale from $500 to $1,000 depending upon the level of candidate or vacancy and applies only when candidates are placed in permanent positions. The referral scheme demonstrates the philosophy of KMG that success deserves reward.

Formed in July 2008, KMG adopts a unique collaborative approach partnering with clients as a contingency agency on a per job basis as well as offering an executive search solution.
