EMCOR Group, Inc. Receives Contract To Provide Facilities Operations And Maintenance Services To The Spanish Embassy Building In Washington, D.C.

(NYSE: EME), a Fortune 500® leader in mechanical and electrical construction, energy infrastructure and facilities services for a diverse range of organizations, announced that its EMCOR Government Services unit has been awarded a contract to provide facilities operations and maintenance services to the Spanish Embassy located in Washington, D.C.



EMCOR Government Services will provide facilities operations and maintenance, and procurement assistance for indefinite quantity work (IDIQ) and Interior Construction Services for the 58,000 square foot facility, which consists of the Spanish Embassy Building and residence. The scope of work will also include electrical, plumbing, janitorial, HVAC, building coordination, and other mission critical services. The equipment to be serviced consists of chillers, boilers, air handling units, exhaust fans, lighting, plumbing and electrical systems.
