The Spotlight 29 installation marks Bally’s first deployment with the Teradata Database, which provides the casino with a single database platform to support the Business Intelligence Solutions’ powerful visual analysis and profile tools along with numerous other property database applications.

Bally’s Business Intelligence Solutions on the Teradata Database connect Spotlight 29’s customer data with individual game data from the casino’s 2,000 slot machines, providing slot and marketing managers with deep insights into how casino patrons interact on the gaming floor.
