Delta Waives Change Fees for Customers Affected by Winter Weather in the Midwest and South

ATLANTA. – Customers booked on flights operated by Delta Air Lines (NYSE: DAL), Delta subsidiary Northwest Airlines or Delta Connection carriers to, from or through markets currently impacted by winter storms may make adjustments to their travel schedule without fee.

Customers scheduled to travel Dec. 22 through Dec. 26 to, from or through the following locations may make a one-time change without fee if tickets are changed by Jan. 6. Travel must begin by Jan. 6.

* Minneapolis, Minn.
* Memphis, Tenn.

Changes to origin and destination may result in a fare increase. Any fare difference between the original ticket and the new ticket will be collected at the time of rebooking. Customers whose flights are canceled may request refunds. Complete details are available at delta.com and nwa.com.
