Working as a waiter and burdened by $30K in debt, DiSivo had his own financial meltdown and decided to do something proactive about it.


The global economic meltdown is almost irrelevant when you’re working as a waiter, attending school, and in debt up to your eyeballs to the tune of $30,000 in the form of college tuition and book fees. Such was the case of Francis DiSivo, who explains that it got even worse. “I was working as a waiter part time and also volunteering part time at a disability clinic,” said DiSivo. “I was exhausted and over worked. I was working just to pay off my debt. I had no money to live off of,” he said.

DiSivo continued, “My father got fired from the auto industry and we were living off my mother’s Costco wage.” Everybody has a threshold, and DiSivo had just reached his. “I decided it was time to do something about my financial situation,” he said, and he began researching opportunities on the internet.
