Medicare Help Forums Now Available for Free to Eligible Beneficiaries

The Medicare Guides Group today announced the grand opening of its new forums for Medicare users at http://www.medicareforums.org.

Jason Keith, managing editor for Medicare Guides and administrator for the new Medicare forums, said the site was setup as a place for Medicare users to ask questions and get help about their benefits, enrollment issues and coverage criteria.

“Over the past few years, we’ve noticed a demand by Medicare users for a place to be able to interact and learn about their benefits,” said Keith. “We feel MedicareForums.org is poised to become the primary destination for Medicare beneficiaries to go to online to get the answers they need.”

The new site has 20 initial sub-forums categorized under six main headings: “Medicare Benefits”, “Medicare Enrollment”, “Medicare Coverage”, “Medicare Supplement Insurance”, “Medicare Providers” and “Medicaid”.

Medicare users interested in participating should visit the site at http://www.medicareforums.org and open a free account.
