ITC Administrative Law Judge Rules in Favor of Qualcomm in Tessera Matter

SAN DIEGO - Qualcomm Incorporated (Nasdaq: QCOM), a leading developer and innovator of advanced wireless technologies and data solutions, announced that an Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) of the U.S. International Trade Commission made an initial determination that Qualcomm’s chip packages do not infringe two patents owned by Tessera and found that the patents are valid.
