Spiritual Leader Schedules Prosperity Workshops on New Year’s Eve And Early January To Help U.S. Citizens Deal with Financial Crisis

New York City, the U.S. and the entire world is struggling with the financial meltdown of major banking systems, massive layoffs and unprecedented housing foreclosures. In response to these uncertain times, spiritual leader and popular YouTube guru, Dattatreya Siva Baba (Baba), wants people to have spiritual tools to empower them to resolve their financial problems.

To help people now, he has scheduled several courses in the U.S: The first course will take place on New Year’s Eve in Manhattan, New York City and the second class will occur during the first weekend of 2009, January 3rd to 4th in San Francisco, California.

“I have often said that poverty or prosperity is within our own mindset and we have to correct it. This is the theme of both of these [events]. It is exclusively for this purpose that I am returning to the United States [from India],” he explained in his YouTube video.

“Globally, economists are getting together and trying to find a solution. As a spiritualist, I have a different solution and I [recently] spoke about it, at the World Knowledge Conference in Seoul, South Korea. The solution I offer is a spiritual solution and I am delighted to do that because this is a solution that really works and I have many testimonies from many people who have really been broke and been in a very bad situation.”

He said he specifically designed both courses to help people shift their mental and spiritual outlook back to prosperity consciousness and hopefulness: “The whole world is facing a financial crisis. To me it is very clear that the problem we are facing has been created collectively by us. We can undo this problem and fix it so we can get back to prosperity again.”

“There is hope. The root [causes] for all our problems, for everything that happens, is within our own mind. I am going to teach techniques to strengthen our own prosperity consciousness.”
