Rynaxypyr® Registration Creates Sales Surge in Australia

DuPont Australia recently achieved registration approval from the Australian government for DuPont™ Rynaxypyr® insecticide. The Rynaxypyr® products will be sold by DuPont Professional Products under three separate brands -- Altacor®, Coragen® and Acelepryn™.

DuPont Professional Products sold 75 percent of its 2008 Acelepryn™ allocation on the first day of registration.

Rynaxypyr® is the first significant new product for DuPont Crop Protection in Australia since the launch of indoxacarb insecticide eight years ago.
