Germany and China – Moving Ahead Together: Germany Esplanade opens in Guangzhou

Ludwigshafen, Germany and Guangzhou, China – The BASF Pavilion presents concepts and technologies for a sustainable future in Guangzhou – the third station of the Germany Esplanade and China’s southern gateway to the word. Until the end of the week, BASF is inviting visitors on a journey to explore energy efficient solutions for the construction and automotive industries as well as products of daily life. BASF is one of the six Official Partners of the initiative Germany and China – Moving Ahead Together.

On the opening day in Guangzhou, Dr. Kang Teng, General Manager BASF Polyurethanes China Ltd. (left), received Dr. Bernd Pfaffenbach, State Secretary at the German Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology, as a guest of honor at the BASF Pavilion to strengthen the partnership.

In the BASF Pavilion, visitors can convince themselves of the high sound absorption capacity of BASF’s foam Basotect®.
