Exciting New Breakfast Choices at Cracker Barrel

Three new Fireside Country Skillets are what’s hot off the grill!

LEBANON, Tenn.– With the cold weather setting in, you’re ready for a hot breakfast that’s cooked to your satisfaction, and so Cracker Barrel Old Country Store® is offering three new made-to-order breakfast skillets with fresh, delicious ingredients. Each hearty Fireside Country Skillet is prepared using original homestyle recipes and is served up in an individual skillet for your personal enjoyment. Choose among the Ham n’ Cheese, the Smoked Sausage, and the Veggie Fireside Country Skillets.

The Ham n’ Cheese Skillet starts with a bed of homestyle potatoes, peppers, and onions and is layered with Cracker Barrel’s own sugar-cured ham and topped with two eggs, cooked to order, plus melted cheese. The Smoked Sausage Skillet starts with a bed of homestyle potatoes, sawmill gravy, peppers and onions all layered with chunks of our smoked sausage patties and topped with two eggs, cooked to order, plus melted cheese. The Veggie Skillet starts with a bed of homestyle potatoes and is layered with broccoli, mushrooms, onions, peppers, and tomatoes, then topped with two eggs, cooked to order, plus melted cheese. All skillets are served with homemade buttermilk biscuits, real butter, and the best preserves, jam n’ apple butter (on request) we could find.
