Rishi Chalchitra Pvt. Ltd. Presents - ’Khargosh’ A hindi feature film based on the short story by Priyamvad
The film is Directed by Paresh Kamdar and produced by Rishi Chandra. The cinematography is done by Vivek Shah, music by Ved Nair and Sound Design by Manoj Sikka.
The film was shot extensively in real locations in India, two small towns and one hill station and some parts were shot in a studio in Mumbai. The films duration is 94 mins and has been shot on Fuji Film (35mm, 1:1.85 format) on Arri 435 camera and the sound is mastered on Dolby Digital.
The film is a journey about a ten year old boy, in small town India, as he stumbles into the realm of sensuousness and passion. In terms of cinematic style the film could be described as ‘minimalistic lyricism’.
The film Khargosh was completed in August 2008.
