Protecting against cancellation charges

Preparing for the next holiday can be an anxious period. Should there be an unexpected need to cancel the holiday in advance, the recovery of money already paid could prove to be even more stressful.

When booking airport parking or an airport hotel with Holiday Extras®, travellers have the opportunity to add a Cancellation Charges Waiver to their booking and avoid any extra costs.

For a nominal fee of 99p for airport parking and £2.49 for airport hotels, any cancellations made at least 24 hours before the stay date for hotel stays, or before the day of departure for car parking, will be refunded.
