SunGard Higher Education Expands Advancement Offerings, Provides Advancement Data Services by GG+A DonorScape

SunGard Higher Education (http://www.sungardhe.com) announced that it will integrate Advancement Data Services from Grenzebach Glier and Associates’ (GG+A) (http://www.grenzebachglier.com) to provide services that can help deliver strategically valuable data to assist and improve fundraising, campaign management, and alumni relations initiatives.

Prioritizing donor prospects, increasing donations, and improving fundraising results are among the most important priorities in higher education today. SunGard Higher Education will offer Advancement Data Services by GG+A DonorScape to assist its customers with the fundraising process. GG+A is an international fundraising consultancy recognized for strategic counsel and leadership in all facets of philanthropic management. Advancement Data Services by GG+A DonorScape provides customized predictive modeling, hard asset data/analytics, and related strategies and services to help institutions identify and prioritize donor prospects that can help increase fundraising results. SunGard Higher Education is offering this new service to help advancement and alumni departments in higher education measurably improve their performance. Offering the service also will help SunGard Higher Education extend its analytical and data service capabilities and incorporate them into future performance management offerings.

By focusing on prospects identified by DonorScape as being in the top of the donor pool, the Health Sciences Center has realized significant results. Since they first began utilizing DonorScape, Woodruff has realized more than $40 million in gifts from previously unidentified major gift prospects.
