LAS VEGAS – Madonna, the world’s sweetheart, has announced more non-stop treats for her legions of legendary and devoted fans. Following the latest news that her album Hard Candy has debuted at No. 1 around the globe, it has been confirmed that Madonna’s “Sticky & Sweet Tour” will stop at the MGM Grand Garden Arena Saturday, Nov. 8. The concert is scheduled to begin at 8 p.m.
Tickets priced at $357, $252, $167 and $72, not including applicable service charges and taxes, go on sale Saturday, May 31 at 10 a.m. at the MGM Grand Garden Arena box office and at all Las Vegas Ticketmaster locations (select Smith’s Food and Drug Centers, and Macy’s West at the Fashion Show Mall). Wristband distribution will begin Saturday, May 31 at 6 a.m. and end at 9 a.m. A random number will then be drawn and a line-up will be in sequential order beginning with the random number selected. Individuals must be 16 years of age to receive a wristband and wristband guidelines will be provided at the on-sale. A wristband does not guarantee that a ticket can be purchased.
Madonna is a multi-Grammy Award winner and recent inductee into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Therefore it is no surprise that her 11th album, Hard Candy, debuted at No. 1 in an unprecedented 37 countries. The album has received Four Stars in Rolling Stone, Blender and People, with The NY Daily News hailing Hard Candy as “Madonna’s greatest album ever.” She co-wrote and co-produced her current smash single “4 Minutes” with Timbaland and Justin Timberlake. The MGM Grand Garden Arena is home to concerts, championship boxing and premier sporting and special events.
