Digital River to Exhibit at RetailVision Europe

MINNEAPOLIS, May 2008 — Digital River, Inc. (NASDAQ: DRIV), a leading provider of global e-commerce solutions, announced that the company will exhibit and speak at RetailVision Europe. The event is being held May 14 - 16, 2008, at the Rome Marriott Park Hotel in Rome, Italy.

At the event, Digital River will host an exhibit booth located in the Retailer Central hall. In addition, Digital River e-commerce experts will lead several conference sessions to discuss how manufacturers can build global e-commerce operations while successfully addressing the needs of consumers and channel partners in local markets.
