Shakespeare Back From Grave to Write Again On The Net

Stratford Upon Avon, England. 31st March 2008.

William Shakespeare, aka the Bard of Avon, has decided to make a comeback and he’s going to do it on the internet with his own website. Since his death over 300 years ago he has continued writing and now, thanks to the services of world-renowned spirit medium Madame Melba, he is able to communicate once again with his public.

As Mr Shakespeare is a ghost, it amuses him to be a “ghost writer” so he has set up a website where he is offering his services to write books for other people.

For a reasonable fee Mr Shakespeare is willing to write anybody’s next bestseller and the buyer will legally be able to put his/her name to the work as the author.
The Bard’s manager, Lazy Rock Star (http://www.lazyrockstar.com), puts it this way
“Will can rewrite a few scenes from Hamlet and then you can publish it as your own work. Imagine being known as the author of Hamlet II.”

One question that many people are asking is “As Mr Shakespeare is a ghost, why does he need money?”. Lazy Rock Star:
“I discovered him and developed him. I had to work very hard on updating his English so I don’t see why I shouldn’t benefit from my investment. It happens in the music industry all the time. Of course it’s more lucrative than the music business because here my manager’s fee is 100%.”

At the present time, William Shakespeare is not available for interview due to his heavy writing commitments and his addiction to reruns of “Lost” but his manager Lazy Rock Star is willing to do telephone interviews.
N. B. Although Mr Shakepeare personally prefers his name to be spelt “Shakespear” he is willing to adopt the accepted modern spelling of his name.
He states “I wish not to stir up a sea of troubles. For verily, what’s in a name?”
