Delta Customers Affected by Winter Weather in Ohio Valley May Change Travel Plans Without Penalties or Fees

Delta Air Lines (NYSE: DAL) customers booked on flights to, from or through markets in the Ohio Valley region currently impacted by winter storms may make adjustments to their travel schedule without penalty or fees, effective immediately.

Customers who purchased tickets by March 6 and are scheduled to travel March 7 through March 8, to, from or through the following locations on Delta, Delta Connection or Delta-coded flights, may make a one-time change without penalty or additional fees if tickets are changed by March 11. Travel must begin on or before March 11, 2008. Changes to origin and destination may result in a fare increase. Any fare difference between the original ticket and the new ticket will be collected at the time of rebooking.

Customers whose flights are canceled may request refunds. All customers are encouraged to visit delta.com/travelupdates for the latest news on the winter storms.
