Customer Experience Delivers Profit for Arantech


Industry CEM pioneer has doubled revenues year-on-year for the past three years, leading to a profitable 2007

Dublin 16th January, 2008 – Irish Software Developer and leading pioneer and vendor of Customer Experience Management (CEM) software, Arantech, announced today that it has doubled its revenues each year for the last three years and completed a profitable 2007, posting sales of US$32.5 million for its CEM solution, touchpoint™.

As market leaders in this space this has translated into strong orders and significant growth.”

Arantech identified CEM as a much needed process within communications and pioneered the industry’s very first solution, delivering the first live CEM system to Vodafone in 2003. Since then it has delivered over 24 solutions to customers worldwide, including mobile operators from four of the six largest mobile operator groups in the world.
