High Demand For Seats Continues Throughout the Quebec City-Windsor Corridor

MONTREAL - With the snowfall and fluctuating temperatures expected to continue for the next few days, VIA Rail Canada whishes to advise that it has added capacity to its most popular train departures on all routes within the Windsor - Québec City corridor.

Every available piece of equipment has been pressed into service to respond to the increased demand for space.

Passengers are advised to book as early as possible and to verify departure and arrival times. Information and reservations are available at viarail.ca, at 1888 VIA-RAIL (1888 842-7245), TTY 1800-268-9503 (hearing impaired), or through your travel agent.

Customers can also use the ticket kiosks to avoid lengthy line-ups or driving and parking stresses associated with inclement weather. Ticket kiosks are located in the following Corridor locations: Québec, Ste-Foy, Montréal, Dorval, Ottawa, Fallowfield, Kingston, Belleville, Cobourg, Oshawa, Toronto, Oakville, Aldershot, Brantford, Guelph, Kitchener, London and Windsor.
