USA Swimming’s Golden Goggle Awards Now Available on AT&T blue room

Five-Time Olympic Medalist Josh Davis Hosts Three-Part Exclusive Webisode

For the first time, fans of USA Swimming will have the chance to jump into the water with some of the top athletes in American swimming.

AT&T Inc. (NYSE:T) and USA Swimming announced today that the Golden Goggle Awards, one of the most prestigious awards shows in American swimming, will be available via AT&T blue room Team USA (www.attblueroom.com/teamusa) and www.usaswimming.org.

Beginning Tuesday, Nov. 27, the exclusive three-part webisode will be hosted by five-time Olympic medalist Josh Davis and will include interviews from the red carpet, backstage preparations, footage of the exclusive VIP party and action shots from the weekend’s in-water events.

“AT&T blue room Team USA gives sports fans intimate access to U.S. Olympic Team hopefuls and some of America’s top swimmers” said Jason Simpson, AT&T director of Olympic Integration. “We are thrilled to work with USA Swimming to offer fans exclusive access for the first time to one of the most prestigious events in sports.”

The Golden Goggle Awards annually recognize the international accomplishments of the USA’s top swimmers. Among this year’s nominees are 12 Olympians and 13 world-record holders, as well as numerous 2008 Olympic hopefuls. Late-night talk show host Carson Daly will serve as the master of ceremonies and will be joined by an assortment of celebrity presenters, including stars of the silver screen, network television personalities and Olympic legends.

Visitors to AT&T blue room Team USA can also download a USA Swimming Desktop Communicator, which includes an RSS news feed and is customizable to provide users with breaking U.S. swimming news, weather information and details on special promotions. Additional sports content will be archived on the site through the 2008 Olympic Games.
