Prior to Toys “R” Us, Frazer was employed by Booz Allen Hamilton from 1995 through 2002, where she began as an associate and was ultimately promoted to principal.

“We’re delighted to welcome Anne to Borders,” said Gruen. “She has significant merchandise planning, inventory management and supply chain strategy experience, and she has a demonstrated track record for driving results. Her skill at managing teams in a retail environment, complemented by seven years of experience as a strategy consultant across a variety of industries, makes Anne uniquely qualified for this new post. She will play a significant role in helping us implement our strategic plans.”

“I’m excited to come on board at a time when Borders is clearly driving change to revitalize and ultimately reinvent itself,” Frazer said. “I’m eager to transform the inventory management function to both support and enhance the company’s growth and its innovative and customer service-driven culture.”
