SC Johnson Names Abelardo E. “Al” Bru to Board of Directors

Bru is Retired Vice Chairman of PepsiCo, Inc. and Brings Business Expertise, International Perspective

RACINE, Wis.– S. C. Johnson & Son, Inc., the family-led company that markets trusted brands like Windex®, Ziploc® and Scrubbing Bubbles®, today announced the election of retired Vice Chairman of PepsiCo, Inc. Abelardo E. “Al” Bru to its Board of Directors.

“Al Bru has had a very distinguished career and comes to SC Johnson with extensive business expertise, international perspective and leadership insights,” said Fisk Johnson, Chairman and CEO of SC Johnson. “We look forward to the counsel that he will bring to the Board of this global family company as we continue to innovate and grow in many markets around the world.”

Prior to retiring from PepsiCo, Inc., Al held numerous leadership positions including Vice Chairman, Chairman and CEO of Frito-Lay North America and President and General Manager of Sabritas, Frito-Lay’s largest snack food operation outside the United States. Among many valued traits, Al is known for his high integrity, business acumen and insight into diverse markets.
