Chyron Corporation (AMEX: CGS) has today announced that its graphics are being used during Major League Baseball (MLB) Games at the famous AT&T Park, home of the San Francisco Giants (SF Giants). The installation was carried out by Chyron partner, Diversified Systems.

Chyron’s HyperX is being used during every home baseball game, 2007 MLB All-Star Game and for special events, to drive sophisticated lower thirds for both 16 x 9 and 29 x 9, full-page and side graphics for the stadium’s large-format HD Video Screen. The system is installed in the Scoreboard Control Room.

“We chose Chyron because we have a long standing relationship with the company and Chyron has an excellent reputation as a leading provider of graphics for high-end sports broadcasting" commented John Tyler, San Francisco Giants Manager of Video and Score Board Operations.

“We are delighted to announce this sale to the AT&T Stadium for the SF Giants. Chyron products respond to demanding live broadcasts such as sports, delivering fast, sophisticated technology that provides an end-to-end solution for our customers,” added Kevin Prince, Chyron’s Chief Operating Officer.

The project consultants were Acoustic Dimensions of Addison, Texas.
