CSC Wins $43 Million U.S. Navy IT Services Contract to Support SPAWAR

EL SEGUNDO, Calif.- Computer Sciences Corporation (NYSE: CSC) announced today that it has won an information technology (IT) services contract to provide systems engineering and management and administration support to the U.S. Navy Space and Naval Warfare System Center (SPAWAR) Charleston in Pensacola, Fla. CSC estimates the value of the contract, which has a one-year base period and four one-year options, to be $43 million if all options are exercised.

Under the terms of the agreement, CSC will configure, install, administer and support data system connectivity and ensure systems availability for SPAWAR’s Information Systems Division. Additionally, CSC will integrate application, database and network support servers in both unclassified and classified environments.
