Citibank Turkey Opens First Loan Booking Center in Gebze

Citibank, which continues to extend its product and service range in Turkey, has announced the opening of its first loan booking center in Gebze, Kocaeli city. The Gebze loan booking center will provide instant service to its consumer bank customers. The opening ceremony was hosted by Janardhan Cadambi, Head, International Consumer Lending; Rajat Garg, Acting Country Business Manager and Cards Head, Global Consumer Group Turkey; Aysenur Hickiran, Head, Sales and Alternative Distributions Channels, Global Consumer Group Turkey; and Enis Kurtoglu, Head, Consumer Lending, Global Consumer Group Turkey.

Aysenur Hickiran, Head, Sales and Alternative Distributions Channels, Global Consumer Group, said Citi, the leading global financial institution, sees Turkey as a key market. “The opening of a loan booking center is an example for our continued investment in Turkey and our endeavor to meet the needs of our customers. At the Gebze loan booking center we will be able to meet the needs of consumer banking customers, who would like to get an instant loan without a guarantor in a convenient way.” Ms. Hickiran added that Citibank branches and alternative distribution channels will continue to offer loan service to its customers.

Citibank consumer loans don’t require a guarantor, has a maximum limit of YTL 40,000, and is available in up to 60 tenors.
