Antiquities Research Films Award Winning Documentary “Riddles in Stone” Reveals Mysteries Surrounding Architecture Of Washington, D.C.

Los Angeles--June 15—The newly released award winning documentary by Antiquities Research Films “Riddles in Stone: The Secret Architecture of Washington D.C.” reveals the hidden meanings behind the symbols of secret societies that were imbedded in the architecture of the capitol of the free world and that literally set in stone the future policies of a nation founded by Christians, but often governed by those with an agenda of a different purpose.

“In researching ‘Riddles in Stone,’ I found there were numerous references to the occult and unmistakable relationships to other mysteries around the world,” says Christian J. Pinto, writer/director. “Washington, D.C. found itself in a mysterious struggle in the late 1700s between Christianity and the occult that may well have determined the future direction of both America and the rest of the world in relation to today’s events.”

“Riddles in Stone” uses historic documentation and reputable experts to peal back the layers of mystery surrounding the countless occult images found in Washington D.C. and the unusual layout of the capitol city. The award-winning documentary zeroes in on the influence of secret societies, such as the Masonic & Rosicrucian influence, on the Founding Fathers as they planned, and began to implement, the layout of America’s Capitol. “Riddles in Stone” examines the extreme controversy that has been debated over the years as to the exact meaning of the occult symbols found within the street layout, the buildings, and the monuments of Washington, D.C.

“Riddles in Stone” paints a powerful picture of the struggle between good and evil, between what is real and counterfeit by answering questions such as “Is there really an inverted Pentagram formed by the street layout just north of the White House?; Was this city laid out to reflect the vision of a Masonic Christ foreseen by Sir Francis Bacon?; Is it true that America’s capitol was laid out “according to the stars”, i.e., in the astrological shapes of certain planets and stars so revered by occultists?; Why is Washington D.C. built on the 77th Meridian?; Are the Revolutionary War cities really built in perfect alignment with Stonehenge?”

“This movie, along with Volume 1 of the series “Secret Mysteries of America’s Beginnings”, explores the fascinating history behind America, unfolding the esoteric underbelly of its design,” says Pinto. “While it is clear that Christians came to the new world, they were not alone. There were with them “Secret Societies” who envisioned America as a philosophic empire. And I believe this could be the key to understanding the cultural conflict in our country today.”
