IMCD Türkiye Distributes WACKER’s Silicone Fluids and Antifoam Agents to Home and Personal Care Industries

Munich-based Wacker Chemie AG continues to expand its collaboration with IMCD Türkiye. Effective July 1, the Dutch IMCD-Group-affiliated chemical distributor will also handle WACKER’s silicone fluids and antifoam agents for the home and personal care industries in the region. The prior distribution partner for this market segment was Turkish chemical distributor Kale Kimya Grubu-Tekpar A.S.
WACKER reorganized its Turkish sales activities in early 2007, at which time IMCD Türkiye was designated as the future distribution partner for specialty chemicals. “This expansion of our distribution partnership with IMCD Türkiye helps consolidate our distribution structures in the region,” explains WACKER distribution manager Ernst Lohbeck. “IMCD is a reliable partner who offers us optimal marketing support for our products in Turkey.”
