BearingPoint and Oracle Launch Solution to Streamline Employee “On-Boarding” and “Off-Boarding”

BearingPoint has leveraged its long-standing relationship with Oracle and experience in Business Process Management, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), and Human Capital Management (HCM) to design and develop the solution, which will help streamline the process of integrating a new hire from job offer to orientation to his/her engagement with job goals and performance objectives.
