Monkey-Toes Launches “Teaching Toes” Shoe Collection to Help Toddlers Learn Left From Right

DENVER, CO, (May 8, 2007) – Monkey-Toes, a popular children’s shoe company known for its whimsical animal and insect themed designs, reveals its new line of tennis shoes and Mjs (maryjanes) - Boogie Monsters. The hand painted shoes with “Lefty Lu” and “Ralphie Right” creatures are the latest creation in the line-up of fancy and fun footwear from Monkey-Toes. The Teaching Toes collection is a fun way for children to learn left and right, and is quickly becoming a parent favorite. All Monkey-Toes shoes are available in toddler sizes 1-10 (ages 6 months to approx 5 years).

Monkey-Toes tennis shoes and Mjs are a canvas upper with a rubber sole. The shoes have been pre-treated for children. Each shoe is individually hand-painted, by a local Denver female artist, with a non-toxic acrylic paint mixed with a textile medium to ensure a long-life and washability.
