New IAQA Chapter Announces Upcoming Workshop

The Philadelphia Chapter of the Indoor Air Quality Association (IAQA) announces its inaugural Workshop and Dinner, Wednesday, May 9, 2007, at the Villanova Conference Center, 601 County Line Road, Radnor, PA, from 4-8 PM. This event will bring together the region’s leading indoor air quality professionals. It is open to IAQA members and other professionals involved with environmental issues affecting indoor environments.

Guest speakers are Glenn Fellman, IAQA Executive Director, who will provide an IAQ Update on New Standards and Proposed Legislation, and Herman Sabath, Ph.D., President, International Environmental Diagnostics and Interstate Environmental Services, who will present Multiple Causation of Sick Building Syndrome, a Case Study. Certification renewal credits will be awarded.

The Indoor Air Quality Association is a nonprofit, multi-disciplined organization dedicated to promoting the exchange of indoor environmental information through education and research for the safety and well being of the general public. IAQA was established in 1995 and is the nation’s largest IAQ trade association with over 5,500 members and 41 local chapters. The association is a 501(c)(6)organization.
