Books-A-Million to Open Two New Alabama Locations

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - Books-A-Million is opening a location in Colonial Pinnacle Craft Farms in Gulf Shores, Alabama, and a location in Colonial Promenade Fultondale in Fultondale, Alabama. Both properties are managed and developed by Colonial Properties Trust.

We have a long history of partnering with Books-A-Million at many successful retail properties throughout the Southeast. We are delighted to continue this relationship,” said Paul Glascock, senior vice president of retail development.

Books-A-Million selected the new Alabama locations based on a variety of factors, including neighboring retailers, demographics, traffic patterns, and the attractiveness of the site. Books-A-Million has 25 other locations in Alabama.
