Gabrielle Zevin’s Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow is the July 2022 Barnes & Noble National Book Club Selection

Readers are Invited to a Free Virtual Book Club Event Featuring Gabrielle Zevin on Thursday, July 28th

New York, NY – WEBWIRE

Barnes & Noble has selected Gabrielle Zevin’s Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow as their July 2022 National Book Club pick.  The bookseller will be selling an exclusive Book Club Edition which features bonus content from the author.

Every month Barnes & Noble chooses a newly published novel chock full of exceptional storytelling that encourages engaging book club discussions with its customers. Booksellers from coast to coast recommend these book club picks, ensuring they garner word-of-mouth attention, elevating them to bestselling books.

“Simply put, Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow is just layers of genius,” said Shannon DeVito, Director of Books at Barnes & Noble. “Spanning decades and coasts, Gabrielle Zevin, author of The Storied Life of A. J. Fikry, has expertly crafted a beautiful and smart epic that is full of friendship and love, creativity and nostalgia. Sadie, Sam and Marx jump off the page and make the story shine. I laughed, I cried, and on occasion sobbed. This is the book of the summer, perfect for those who love a nuanced coming-of-age story, a stroll back through Oregon Trail nostalgia, or want to delve into a sweeping chronicle; there is something for everyone. I know our Book Club readers will thoroughly enjoy this month’s pick, as there is so much to discuss in this instant classic!”

“I am ecstatic that Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow has been chosen as the July pick of the Barnes & Noble Book Club! As a writer, my first memory of seeing a book of mine in an actual bookstore was at a Barnes & Noble, as part of the Discover Great New Writers program,” said author, Gabrielle Zevin. “When we were coming up with additional content for Tomorrow, I had fun thinking about what would expand a reader’s experience of the book.  Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow is, in many ways, about the creative process, and so it was beyond cool that Barnes & Noble was able to help me create an edition that could let readers into my own process. The continued support of Barnes & Noble has meant so much to my books and to me.”

Barnes & Noble will be hosting a free live virtual event with Gabrielle Zevin on Thursday, July 28th at 3:00 PM Eastern Time. The Tomorrow author will be in a round table conversation with Shannon DeVito, Director of Books at Barnes & Noble, and Miwa Messer, Executive Producer of Poured Over, The B&N Podcast. Registration via Eventbrite is required, and the virtual event will be hosted on Zoom.

Before the virtual event, customers can share their thoughts and reactions with other readers on social media using the hashtag #BNBookClub.
