Xtreme Motorsports Announces Upcoming Launch Of Real-time Web Site

BAKERSFIELD, CA -- Xtreme Motorsports of California, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: XTMS) (“Xtreme” or the “Company”), will soon launch a redesigned web site featuring real-time inventory, shareholder, customer and dealer portals, and online ordering in support of its “24 Dealers in 24 Months” Initiative. An enhanced and secure investor relations portal will also be included in the update. The new website will be launched by the end of the September 2007.

At the core of the new web site design is a fully-featured web-commerce enabled system, allowing dealers and customers to review and purchase inventory directly from the company or across its dealer network. Users will be able to log on, reserve inventory, and, subject to payment verification, place orders through a secure gateway. Once confirmed, the system will assign the purchase order to one of Xtreme’s project managers and notify vendors of upcoming orders in cases where certain options are selected, such as engine configuration.

Xtreme dealers will be afforded the same online ordering capabilities as retail customers, but will have access to favorable pricing terms and preferential delivery dates based on historical sales. Moreover, dealers can transfer inventory to another dealer online, which the company believes will improve dealer cross-selling and coordination. Dealers will also be able to view and reserve incomplete vehicles in anticipation of a customer order or for models in high demand.

The new web site design will also provide an enhanced set of tools for shareholders and investors. Prospective investors will be able to view the Company’s stock quote, read press releases, access financial information and “shareholder kits.” Current investors, once verified through shareholder records, will be authorized to download detailed financial reports, newsletters, and multimedia content, such as photo galleries and exclusive access to videos of time-lapsed vehicle build-outs from frame to finish and Xtreme’s sandcars in action.
