Sandeep Sacheti, Executive Vice President, Customer Information Management and Operational Excellence for Wolters Kluwer’s Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) division, will bring his considerable market experience to bear during the next installment of analyst firm HFS Research’s Digital Roundtable series. “The Great Resignation Debate: How Our Industry Can Survive the Great Talent Dearth” will begin streaming at 10 a.m. ET on Thursday, December 9, with a strong focus on how technology, services and enterprise leaders are navigating a disruptive talent market.

The question is one that Sacheti is well-positioned to address. In his role at Wolters Kluwer GRC, Sacheti leads a team responsible for leveraging the market research and analytics that help to identify customer trends and drive product development, sales and services. Prior to Wolters Kluwer, he held senior leadership positions at UBS and American Express in areas of fraud detection, credit risk management and information management.  Sacheti holds a Doctorate from the University of California, Berkeley, and holds more than 20 patents in decision science, fraud verification and identification and has published extensively on these subjects.

“Creating a workplace environment that reflects the changing needs of employees while also facilitating the delivery of unparalleled customer service is a top priority for companies as they continue to emerge from the pandemic,” Sacheti said. “I am delighted to be joining HFS and other leaders in the tech, services and enterprise space to discuss one of the most challenging issues facing both businesses and clients alike today.”

Business disruptions wrought by the COVID-19 pandemic have left businesses struggling to both retain and attract top employees in the face of a highly competitive talent market. According to HFS, attrition rates now range from 25-75% around the world.

Sacheti and the 15 other enterprise and tech leaders taking part in the HFS roundtable will discuss the flexibility that employees are seeking today, whether or not corporate outsourcing can withstand soaring wage inflation and if talent drain has derailed business’ push towards process automation. The enterprise analyst firm hosts more than 100 annual events and conferences each year. Past topics include the value of transformational technologies and becoming a cloud native organization.
