The Rev. Victor Allen is a graduate of Kaplan University. He has an associate degree in information technology and is also a United States Coast Guard licensed captain.

Rev. Allen has worked in the marine industry for twenty years and is a business owner of Allen Revenue Solutions, LLC. He also works for the City of Beaumont Police Clergy Department. He was ordained at his home church, Victory to Victory Church, in Beaumont, Texas.
