Pannone LLP wins Three Star Rating as an Extraordinary Law Firm

Manchester, UK – February 20, 2007

Manchester solicitors Pannone LLP is the only law firm to have been awarded Three Star status in a national accreditation scheme which focuses on excellence in the workplace.

The accreditation rating is derived from employee responses in confidential surveys sent out by Best Companies Ltd; the organisation which then analyses all replies and recognises firms which reach the required level of excellence with one, two or three star status. One Star is acknowledged as First Class, Two Stars as Outstanding and Three Stars as Extraordinary.

This is the second year in succession that Pannone has been awarded Three Stars and Pannone Managing Partner Joy Kingsley is certain the accreditation has a positive effect on the firm. Commenting she said, “We already had a high staff retention rate but it has gone up even further to 92% over the last twelve months. Our rating is noticed by clients too, who like to do business with a firm that is recognised as a good employer.
