Military Families File Lawsuit Against Private Property Management Firm Over Mold

Last month, a Washington news station published a story about how over 50 family members from an air base were filing a lawsuit against a company that provides on base military housing. According to the report, the lawsuit alleges the company did not remediate “microbial and mycological contaminants” and that people living in the housing became ill.
