In Zoey’s voice, Warren will take us on this journey and will lead us on a tour that will show a glimpse of the overall joys and pains of life. She was able to effectively utilize her life story and showcase her experiences in a manner that educates every reader. Her writing style created a poignant adult perspective through the voice of a child. Warren’s savvy was also on full display with her excellent character and scene development. She was able to communicate and convey the right emotions and can certainly pull the heartstrings.
