Hawaii, Hualalai, U.S.A. – WEBWIRE

Four Seasons Resort Hualalai, the recently renovated Five-Star, Five-Diamond Resort on Hawaii Island, announces a diverse lineup of chefs and culinary activations for the debut of the Chef in Residence program. Chef in Residence will feature an accoladed guest chef each month from throughout the country, showcasing their unique culinary approach and use of Hawaii’s bountiful ingredients through their lens. A variety of guest chefs were selected, representing a multitude of culinary perspectives and global experiences.

Hualalai’s Chef in Residence is a weekend program with intimate cooking classes and a special menu from the featured chef at the Resort’s signature restaurant, ULU Ocean Grill + Sushi Lounge. Each interactive cooking class is limited to six guests, and will showcase a signature dish from the chef’s repertoire using locall- sourced ingredients.

As part of the Resort-wide, multi-million dollar renovation and refresh, Four Seasons Resort Hualalai will debut a dedicated, state-of-the-art Culinary Academy.
